Description

A 2-day private workshop with your business team scheduled at your convenience and our availability. Each day is run from 10am to 5pm. The schedule will consist of a meet-and-greet, 3 sessions, lunch, 3 sessions, and conclusion on the final day. Prior to the workshop, receive your "My Business Report" to analyze the greatest opportunities for improvement in your business. This MBR helps us maximize your workshop experience with the most effective data without taking up hours of your time beforehand. During the workshop there will be 6 sessions. Each session will be broken up into 3 segments: 1. Teaching - We deliver a keynote covering the core content of each step to the whole group. 2. Training - We take Q&A and implement the step within breakout groups. 3. Testing - We analyze brainstormed ideas, confirm wins, and celebrate successes. Recordings of each session will be delivered to you within 7 days of the workshop's conclusion.
