An annual 100-Day mastermind with 20 business leaders to learn, share, and succeed together. Each mastermind will be led by Founder, CEO of Beating Average Academy––Kenneth Kollasch. It will consist of direct access to Kenneth, a private community Slack channel, and weekly video calls. At the beginning, middle, and end of the mastermind you will receive a "My Business Report" to analyze the greatest opportunities for improvement in your business and track your progress. This MBR helps us maximize your mastermind experience with the most effective data without taking up hours of your time outside of our scheduled video calls. During the mastermind we will take you through the 6 steps to a beating average business, and work together to all double the revenue of our businesses. Each member will have full access to Kenneth (within parameters of mutual respect) via phone, text, and email. Every weekly video session will be recorded and sent to each member. The private community Slack channel will continue to be accessible after the conclusion of the mastermind. The weekly video calls will be broken up into 3 segments: 1. Teaching - We deliver a keynote covering the core content of each step to the whole group. 2. Training - We take Q&A and implement the step within breakout groups. 3.
